For our well-known client, an innovative company in the energy sector, we are looking for a Project Manager (gn) AI

• Lead AI and automation initiatives from initial concept through implementation and large-scale rollout, ensuring long-term adoption and measurable business value
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact use cases across Supplier Quality, Procurement, related business functions, and multiple Business Areas, promoting standardization, reusability, and scalable solutions
• Manage end-to-end project execution by defining roadmaps, building business cases, tracking KPIs, coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and aligning stakeholder expectations while leveraging expertise in AI-driven business transformation
• Collaborate with international cross-functional and cross-business-area teams as well as external partners to translate business needs into practical digital solutions and successful real-world deployments
• Utilize hands-on expertise in AI and automation technologies to validate solution concepts, support pilot projects, accelerate user adoption, enable data-driven decision-making, and ensure secure, compliant, and responsible implementation.

• A completed master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Proven professional experience in project management, digital transformation, process improvement, automation, or similar areas within an international business environment
• Strong leadership and project delivery capabilities, combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to successfully drive cross-functional collaboration and organizational change
• Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and data-driven process optimization, with the ability to convert business requirements into practical and scalable digital solutions
• Practical experience in designing, testing, or implementing AI- and data-driven solutions, going beyond project coordination. Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, RPA, SQL, Python, and/or Snowflake is considered a strong advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, paired with a collaborative mindset, strong analytical and organizational abilities, a passion for innovation, and the flexibility to travel internationally up to 25%.
